APA issued a Product Advisory June 29 discussing plywood panels imported from Brazil that do not perform at a level stipulated by the U.S. Product Standard, PS 1-09 for Structural Plywood. The Product Advisory is based on a series of tests APA conducted in July 2017 through April 2018 on nine sets of Brazilian plywood imported from seven manufacturers at the APA Research Center in Tacoma, Washington.
